Returns & Exchanges
Most of our products are custom-manufactured for licensed nail professionals in order to achieve the superior results in the nail practice. We highly recommend to watch our how-to videos or read step-by-step tutorials before you purchase the products. If something is missing in your order, damaged or wrong size, grit, etc. – please contact us for order assistance. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy and instructions below. Items need to meet the return/exchange criteria to be issued a store credit towards the purchase of your next item or for an exchange. All policies described below apply only to online purchases made through our website. If you purchased our products through other distributors – please contact them for order assistance.
FOR NON-LICENSED CUSTOMERS:
Some products are for professional use only, we highly recommend that you watch the tutorials on how to use them, however for better understanding the state license knowledge might be needed. In certain cases nail school knowledge and specific skills required to be used properly. We cannot be held liable for improper use of products purchased on our website. We recommend taking disposable products to your favorite salon to ensure you have a sanitary nail service done.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Make sure your items fit our return criteria below.
- Email us at [email protected] with your order# and a reason for your return.
- You will receive an e-mail from us with further instructions.
- Items that are returned will be issued a store credit towards the next order.
- Once return is approved – ship your package back to us, keep the tracking number for your records and in case package is lost. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
All exchange items will be treated the same way as returned items. You will be issued a store credit towards the items you want to exchange for. The store credit will be available after items are approved for an exchange, shipped back to us and inspected for the ability to resell. In case if exchange needed urgently, we recommend to submit items for a return and order new items right away.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES CRITERIA
- Items must be submitted for return within 10 days of receiving it.
- Items must be shipped within 10 days after return was approved.
- All items must be unused, in original packaging and in good condition.
- If items were purchased in the case but returning not the full case – refund will be adjusted accordingly.
- All final sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for returning shipping costs.
- Upon inspection, the items need to be in re-sellable condition.
Items with any of the following conditions cannot be returned:
- All ‘final’ sale items.
- Items with broken product seals.
- Damaged items.
- Nail Patrol branded items purchased outside of nailpatrol.com or a Nail Patrol store.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
- The buyer is responsible for original and returning shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
- We thoroughly inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue the partial refund based on the returned condition.
- It is customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and ensure items will not be damaged inside the package.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed.
- By purchasing from nailpatrol.com or a Nail Patrol store, you accept these terms and conditions.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
- All the orders made Monday thru Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday, all orders made Thursday thru Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- If order is made same day as shipping day and needs to be adjusted – please e-mail or call us immediately.
- We currently ship on the territory of USA only.
